Tecalli mask

M·scara de tecalliTecalli mask. Made of tecalli, an alabaster-like stone, with applications of red shell and seeds [obsidian???] to simulate eyes, and white shell for the teeth. Only one of this kind of mask was found. It measures 17 cm in height. Mexica culture.
